Crunchy Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 kg of chicken with out skin
65 gr of pretzel crumbs
1 tablespoon of oregano
90 gr of butter
1 baking dish or iron pan
salt and pepper
Preparation
1.- Prehit the oven to 350° F
2.- Oil your baking dish with butter until all the sides are compleatly cover
3.- On a separte plate mix the pretzel crumbs, oregano, sal and pepper.
4.- Melts the butter in a shallow plate
5.- Prepare your area with your crunchy mix, your butter plate and the raw chicken
6.- Cover each chicken piece first with butter then with the cruchy mix and put it in your baking dish. Remember to keep a space between each one so they can properly cook
7.- Wash your hands before toaching everything else
8.- Bake it during 20 minutes in the oven, before serving check that the middle part its well cooked. You can use a food termometer to confirm it is 165°F (73.8°C)
9.- Serve with salad or smash potatoes.
